A newer document can describe a different situation from an older assessment. The drafting workflow checks for potential contradictions between source information and within the draft, bringing them together for review.
For example, if two documents disagree about the support someone needs, the office can examine both versions and settle the assessment’s answer. An assessment with unresolved flagged conflicts remains marked as needing checking, and those conflicts must be addressed before a care plan can be generated from it.
The check supports the reviewer; it is not a guarantee that every error will be found. Your team remains responsible for the assessment and the care decisions it informs.
